In one of over a dozen tea-related articles, Imperial Tea Court Teamaster Roy Fong is interviewed about puerh. He recalls, "When I was little, drinking aged puerh tea was a matter of course. Good aged puerhs were abundant and affordable, so whether you were in a restaurant or at home, puerh tea was served."
